Hon Mirin 1.8 L – Traditional Japanese Cooking Mirin (14% vol.)
Hon Mirin is a traditional Japanese cooking ingredient, used exclusively for culinary purposes. Although it originated centuries ago as a festive drink, it has long since become a fundamental seasoning in Japanese cuisine, not intended for beverage consumption.
This Hon Mirin is a long-aged cooking mirin, made from carefully selected Japanese rice. The fermentation process lasts six months at low temperature, resulting in a product with exceptionally high umami content, deep aromatic complexity and a naturally balanced sweetness.
