Traditionally, making tempura requires precise control of water temperature and a specific mixing technique. This special tempura flour blend makes it easy to prepare authentic Japanese tempura, even without professional expertise.

It produces a light, airy and exceptionally crispy batter, enhancing the ingredient without overpowering it.

Preparation Instructions

  • Mix 100 g of tempura batter mix

  • with 160 ml cold water, gently (do not overmix).

Fry in hot oil at 170–180 °C for 3–4 minutes until golden and crispy.
