The SICOLY® frozen rosehip purée is made from European-grown fruits, harvested at full maturity to ensure optimal flavour and aroma.
The rosehip, fruit of the wild rose, has been valued since ancient times for both its culinary uses and its health benefits. It is particularly rich in vitamin C—even more so than citrus fruits—and offers a refreshing, tangy flavour.
Produced in SICOLY’s own facility in Saint-Laurent-d’Agny (Rhône, France), the purée preserves the fruit’s natural taste, colour, and texture, staying as close as possible to the fresh fruit.
This no added sugar purée (contains only naturally occurring sugars) gives chefs, pastry chefs, and mixologists full creative control to adjust sweetness and flavour to their needs.
