Processed in SICOLY’s own facility in Saint-Laurent-d’Agny (Rhône, France), each purée is produced using tailored methods to maintain the fruit’s authentic taste, texture, and colour, offering a product that’s as close as possible to fresh rhubarb.
This purée contains no added sugar (only naturally occurring sugars), giving chefs, pastry chefs, and mixologists complete creative freedom to balance sweetness and acidity as desired.
