Produced in SICOLY’s own facility in Saint-Laurent-d’Agny (Rhône, France), each purée is crafted with tailored processes to preserve the fruit’s natural taste, colour, and texture, staying as close as possible to fresh fruit.
This purée contains no added sugar (only naturally occurring sugars), giving chefs, pastry chefs, and mixologists complete creative freedom to adjust sweetness and balance in their recipes.
The guava’s sweet, floral, tropical notes make it an excellent ingredient for sweet, savoury, and beverage applications alike.
