The SICOLY® frozen quince purée is made from a blend of quince in all its forms (pulp, juice, and concentrate) to capture the fruit’s authentic flavour, aroma, and character.
Produced in SICOLY’s own facility in Saint-Laurent-d’Agny (Rhône, France), each purée is crafted using tailored processes that preserve the fruit’s natural taste, colour, and texture, offering a result as close as possible to the fresh fruit.
This no added sugar purée (contains only naturally occurring sugars) gives chefs and artisans complete creative freedom to balance sweetness and acidity according to their needs.
