Harvested at full maturity, the fruits are processed in SICOLY’s own facility in Saint-Laurent-d’Agny (Rhône, France), ensuring the preservation of the fruit’s natural taste, colour, and texture.
This no added sugar purée (contains only naturally occurring fruit sugars) offers chefs and artisans complete creative freedom to adjust sweetness and flavour according to their needs.
