SICOLY® is a French fruit growers’ cooperative dedicated to promoting and enhancing the value of their finest fruits.
This no added sugar Williams pear purée is made from locally grown pears harvested within a 50 km radius of the cooperative. Depending on harvest conditions, supplementary sourcing may be done from trusted long-term French partners.
The Williams pear is highly appreciated for its sweet, aromatic flavour and juicy white flesh, making it a perfect ingredient for a wide range of culinary creations.
Harvested at full maturity and processed in SICOLY’s own facility in Saint-Laurent-d’Agny (Rhône, France), this purée preserves the fruit’s authentic taste, colour, and texture.
Containing no added sugar (only naturally occurring sugars), it gives professionals complete creative freedom to control the level of sweetness and flavour in their recipes.
