The SICOLY® 100% Yuzu Juice is made from fully ripe yuzus grown in Kochi Prefecture, a mountainous region in southern Shikoku, Japan, renowned for producing the country’s finest yuzu fruits with a delicate aroma and balanced acidity.
The fruits are carefully selected and freshly pressed to preserve their natural flavour, colour, and texture. Processing takes place in SICOLY’s own facility in Saint-Laurent-d’Agny (Rhône, France), under strict quality control to maintain all the fruit’s organoleptic properties.
With no added sugar (only naturally occurring sugars), this premium juice gives chefs, pastry chefs, and beverage professionals complete creative freedom to adjust sweetness and flavour to their own needs.
