A bright, citrus-forward Japanese sauce made with yuzu juice, soy sauce, and rice/apple vinegar—using 100% Japanese ingredients. Ideal for salads, fish, meats, vegetables and soups (e.g. nabe); great as a dressing, marinade or dipping sauce.
