The Ponthier Organic Lemon Purée captures the vibrant aroma and freshness of Sicilian lemons. Produced from carefully selected lemons grown under certified organic farming, the purée is obtained through a delicate extraction process where the juice is extracted and fibres are removed to create a pure 100% lemon purée with exceptional flavour.
Sicily’s volcanic terroir, mineral-rich limestone soils known as “Trubi”, and abundant Mediterranean sunshine create ideal growing conditions for citrus fruits. Lemons are hand-harvested from November to May, ensuring optimal ripeness and aromatic intensity.
The purée delivers a fresh, delicate floral citrus aroma with remarkable length on the palate, making it perfect for pastry, ice cream, cocktails and fine-dining cuisine.
