Ponthier’s blackberry purée is made from cultivated blackberries, sweeter and milder than wild berries, grown in the fertile Serbian plains. The fruits are hand-picked in several passes at full ripeness, ensuring optimal flavour and juiciness.
With 10% added sugar, the purée offers a balanced sweetness (20° Brix) that enhances the berry’s natural tartness, delivering a harmonious and refined taste profile with a deep ruby hue.
