Frozen Kiwi de l’Adour IGP Purée 100%
Origin: France – Pays de l’Adour | Ponthier
Maison Ponthier is deeply committed to the philosophy of the producers who gave birth to French kiwi cultivation in the Landes region around 30 years ago. For this reason, it works exclusively with Kiwi de l’Adour IGP (Hayward variety), renowned for its exceptional quality.
The IGP (Protected Geographical Indication) certification guarantees superior farming practices, flavour quality and full traceability. The Landes terroir, with its nutrient-rich soils and mild oceanic microclimate, gives the fruit a uniquely fresh, balanced and fruity profile.
Once delivered to the production site, the kiwis are hand-peeled to preserve all their sensory qualities.
The purée naturally contains seeds, reflecting the authentic texture and taste of fresh kiwi.
