Bergamot is a distinctive acidic citrus, a natural hybrid between lime and bitter orange, renowned for its fresh, sharp and highly aromatic profile that evokes the Mediterranean Riviera.
Approximately 95% of the world’s bergamot production comes from Southern Italy, where the finest bergamot essence is traditionally extracted.
This purée is made exclusively from carefully selected Femminello and Fantastico varieties.
