This mild green Yuzu Kosho is a softer, more approachable version of the famous Japanese seasoning, highly appreciated by both Japanese and Western palates. Made from green yuzu peel, green chilli pepper and sea salt, it has been carefully selected for its gentle heat, allowing the bright citrus aroma of yuzu to shine.
Produced by Kagura no Sato in Miyazaki, one of Japan’s most renowned yuzu-growing regions.
